What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (buy now, pay later). All transactions are secured by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You have a 1-hour window after placing your order to modify or cancel it. After that, the order moves to fulfilment. Contact us immediately at [email protected] or call +44 161 832 1378.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime by contacting us with your order number (format: MV-XXXXXX).

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use Stripe as our payment processor — we never store your card details. All payments are PCI-DSS compliant and protected by 3D Secure authentication.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I collect my order in store?

Absolutely. Select "Click & Collect" at checkout and collect from our Manchester store at 55 Pall Mall, King St. Orders placed before 2pm are ready the same day.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free returns policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. We provide a prepaid return label for UK customers.

How do I start a return?

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid label within 24 hours. Once received, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Yes. Simply return your item and place a new order for the correct size/colour. We'll refund your original purchase as soon as we receive it.

Are your products officially licensed?

Yes. Every product we sell is officially licensed through authorised distributors. All collectibles, apparel, and accessories are genuine licensed merchandise.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Many items are restocked regularly. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when sold-out items return. Limited edition collectibles typically don't restock.

How do I report an error in an article?

Email [email protected] with the article URL and the correction. We take accuracy seriously and respond within 24 hours.
